The 2009 / 2010 AZ Shock Wave 14U team will have the following coaching staff for our upcoming season:
Steve Captain - Manager
- 4 year HS varsity baseball player and MVP senior year
- Played at Utah Valley Community College
- Played competitive softball for over 20 years including 6 trips to National Tournaments and 3 top 10 finishes
- 8 year board member of Santan Little League as Director of Softball and VP of Softball
- 8 years coaching in Little League including 4 years coaching All-Stars
- 5 years coaching at the club ball level (12U, 14U and 16U)
- Created the AZ Shock Wave organization in 2004.

Andrew Gonzales, CSCS - Coach
- 3 year letterman in High School and played at Phoenix College
- Received B.S. degree from ASU in Exercise & Wellness in 2002
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
- 8 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Athletic Director for the Boys and Girls Club for 3 years
- 2 years coaching in Little League
- 3 years of coaching experience at the club ball level.

Lisa Pacheco - Pitching Coach
Lisa played competitive fast pitch softball for over 10 years and pitched for Phoenix College. Her primary responsibility is developing our pitching staff through personalized instruction.

Hitting Coach - Randy Rector
Randy played baseball at Arizona State University and is currently on the Basha High School baseball coaching staff. He brings many years of experience both as a player and as a coach. He provides hitting instruction during team practice and individual instruction for our 14U players.

- Arizona SunBelt National Select Coaching staff for 8 yrs (3 as Head Coach)
- 8 yrs Board Member of Arizona Baseball Coaches Association
- 1 National Invitational Tournament Championship and 1 Co-National Invitational Championship
- Placed over 100 players in collegiate or professional baseball
- USA Baseball 16U National Championship staff

Monica Godfrey - Coach
- 15 yrs of high school softball and basketball coaching experience
- One of the original three members to begin the Arizona High School All Star Softball Game
