Community Service:

-          Girl Scouts Troop 1774, 2001 to present: Earned Bronze and Silver awards.

-          Planned weekend encampment for 250 Girl Scouts for two years, 2008 and 2009.

-          Collected toys for Andrea’s Closet at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix.

-          Collected food and stocked shelves at the Paradise Valley Food Bank.

-          Painted and donated bowls for Empty Bowls project.

-          Collected items and packed goods for Shoebox Ministries.

-          Collected toiletries and packaged goods and sent them to U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.

-          Volunteered at the Walk for Hope.

-          Built and painted a playhouse for New Life Center, a shelter in the Phoenix area for battered women and children.

-          Volunteered at the Baptist Retirement Village.

-          Revived Shadow Mountain United, a club that promotes understanding and better relations among students at Shadow Mountain High School.
